Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery
We will attempt to contact you by phone on the scheduled delivery date to confirm your delivery.
Deliveries begin at 9:00 am and continue until all scheduled deliveries for that day are complete. Regrettably, due to the numerous of deliveries that must be routed, it is impossible to give exact time however you will be given a window of 3 hours.
You are responsible to be home for your negotiated delivery time window. Any costs associated to delivery due to a failed delivery must be paid by you.
Upon delivery, we suggest you inspect your purchase . We will unpack your new furniture, set it up and take the packaging away for you. Please note that assembling charges may apply.
Please measure your home/doorways to fit your new furniture, please note that a restocking fee may apply if the merchandise does not fit through doorways, elevators or into the basement.
A signature of customer is required at the time of delivery to ensure that the goods are delivered in good condition. Rooms should be cleared in preparation for your furniture delivery, please ensure the driveways and walkways should be cleared to accept delivery (i.e. remove snow and ice). Due to liability issues we cannot move your existing furniture or any electronics, TV’s or computers.
Pick-ups
Accents @home offers pick up at most of our locations. To ensure smooth pick-up of your furniture, please review the following pick-up policies.
Due to limited space in our stores only select furniture pieces, as well any floor model purchases can be picked up in stores. Please call ahead and we will ensure your product is ready for you when you arrive.
Original invoice must be produced in order to pick-up merchandise.
All items purchased in store for pick up must be picked up within 7 days after the customer has been notified that the items are available for pick-up or delivery else a standard storage fee of 5% will be applied.
Please check pick up hours and directions to the loading zone before coming.
Merchandise that is picked- up may be in cartons and require assembly.
Customers will be required to pay the assembling charges if they need assembly.
If you choose to pick up eligible items from store , please bring a blanket to protect your new piece and your vehicle.( in case of an already assembled item)
Please be sure that the size of your vehicle will accommodate the size of the furniture to be picked up. We are not responsible for loading and tie-down of merchandise or the safe transportation of furniture to your home. Damage that occurs during transit will not be the company’s liability nor can we accept returns/exchange on that merchandise.
Returns & Exchanges
No refunds. Store Credit only. Exchange within 7 days of purchase with original packaging and ONLY on regular priced items. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied on all regular priced items returned or exchanged within 7 days. Delivery charges will be 100 % deducted as well new delivery charges will be charged for next delivery. After deducting 20% re-stocking fee the remaining balance will be converted to store credit only. FINAL SALE on all sale and AS IS items. Date of purchase will be considered to be the same day as payment. Special items ordered must be paid in full at time of purchase and all special items are FINAL SALES.
Payment & Deposit Requirements
We require a 50% deposit on all orders. Full payment is required prior to scheduling of the delivery. 
Store credit and exchange within 7 days of purchase only on regular priced items also a 20% restocking fee will be applied. 
Special order items require a 100 % down payment at the time of order. 
All clearance items, floor samples or one of kind items are sold as is and cannot be returned. All sales are final.
