Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery Scheduling:
All deliveries will be scheduled with an approximate lead time of 2 weeks. We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery requests, but we cannot guarantee them. For online orders, the estimated delivery time is 3-4 weeks.

2. Return Shipping:
In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

3. Free Delivery:
Free delivery is available for orders over $1,000.

4. Curbside Delivery:
Delivery will be to the curbside. Assembly services can be provided at an additional charge, as per the rates in the provided assembly chart.

5. Size and Fitment Issues:
If we attempt to deliver an item and it does not fit in the customer's space, and the item is returned, the customer will be charged for the shipping costs associated with the return.

6. Exchanges:
For exchanges, the customer will be required to pay a 20% restocking fee. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
